1. Yucca vegetable chips

It does not require many spices and it is easy to make. Additionally, you can combine it with almost any cream or homemade dip.

Ingredients

  • 4 yuccaer
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil (50 ml)
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 4 cups water (1 liter)

Preparation

  1. Start by peeling the yuccas, washing them and setting them aside.
  2. Put a jug of water on high heat over. Let it boil and add salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the yuccas into round slices and toss them in the pan.
  4. Then cook for 15 minutes until soft.
  5. After the 15 minutes have passed, remove the pan from the heat, drain and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Put a little olive oil over the slices and add salt.
  7. Set the temperature to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 5 minutes on each side or until browned around the edges.

2. Eggplant chips

Eggplant chips will be a fun challenge to take on at home. This vegetable becomes soft when exposed to heat, so it softens easily. For better results, dehydrate it first.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups eggplants cut into slices (160 g)
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. cumin powder (15 g)
  • 2 FAT Garlic, chopped (7 g)

Preparation

  1. Start by cutting the onions into julienne strips. Turn the pieces in olive oil with a touch of pepper and cumin. Set it aside.
  2. Then spread eggplant on a baking sheet and add salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Finely chop the parsley. Next, add it to the chopped garlic with a pinch of pepper.
  4. Pour onion and garlic on top of the eggplant after approx. 15 minutes.
  5. Put it in the oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes. Halfway through, they are turned with a fork so that they brown evenly.
  6. Remove from the oven and enjoy!

3 Broccoli chips

  • 2 tbsp. oatmeal (30 g)
  • 1 pin1 adobo herbs

  • 2 eggs

Preparation

  1. Start by cracking and whisking the eggs until well blended.
  2. Put the oil in a hot pan and wait.
  3. Then add the broccoli to the oatmeal.
  4. Then repeat the process with the eggs.
  5. Season adobo, pepper and salt.
  6. Add each piece of broccoli to the pan. Be sure to fry them on both sides.
  7. Fry until broccoli becomes crispy and golden brown.
  8. When done, turn off the heat and let it cool down a bit (not much).
  9. Now they are ready to eat.
