  • 4 tablespoons sugar (60 g)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (120 g)
  • 3 egg whites
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon (8 g)
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice (8 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (20 g)
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour (15 g)

Preparation

  • Take a medium bowl and mix the ground almonds with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Then slowly add the egg whites and lemon juice. Mix everything with a hand blender. Make sure the mixture has a sticky but compact consistency.
  • Next, take a baking sheet and spread some butter and flour on it so that your Bilbao Macarons do not get stuck.
