  • Cleanse your skin twice a day:  Exposure to toxins and environmental pollution can make our skin dirty, even if we do not notice it. As a result, pimples and blackheads occur more often. In this case, it is advisable to wash your face well morning and evening, to ensure that you remove all makeup, bacteria, dirt and excess grease
    • Use a natural tonic on your skin:  Hazelnut can serve as one of the best natural alternatives to industrial tonics. This natural product acts as a stimulant which tightens the skin, which helps to balance the level of oil and dry out pimples and blackheads. Use it daily to keep the skin smooth and clean.
    • Use water vapor:  Steam treatment of the skin will help draw impurities from the base of the skin, which helps to cleanse it in depth. For this, fill a bowl with boiling water, put your head over the bowl and cover with a towel, keeping your face over the bowl so that the steam can penetrate into the pores of the skin. This can be done 2 or 3 times a week.
    • Exfoliation of the skin: Exfoliation is a step you must take to fight pimples and blackheads, and to provide a deep cleansing. Exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells and remove all kinds of dirt that can affect the beauty of the skin.  To make a  homemade exfoliating cream  , you can mix a little oatmeal with honey and massage it on the affected areas with a circular motion.
